male enhancement formulas do they work?

I am kinda new in here, Never knew that so many of us seem to have the same problem. I just bought some Maxoderm to speed up the flow of blood, I am having a Rough time getting an erection when it is needed most.
What can I do? I am 40 years old and not all that big where it counts. I believe this could be the reason my lady of 10 years left me for a younger guy, (Replacement) I need as much help and advice that you could give.
