Man, working out and PE-ing is hard

I workout daily and sometimes after either of the workouts regardless of its order, i’m just too tire for the other. I wanna gain both, my body mass, and my penis mass… so hard. Anyone having trouble like me?

LOL, yeah I hear you. Been doing the same thing for about 2 months now. PEing before I got to the gym, than off to work. Makes your day go by extra quick :) . Hope it all pays off in the long run.

Been doing it for 2 years now. Working out for longer, ofcourse. Don’t worry, you’ll “work it out” over time and it gets easier to fit everything in your schedule.

Yea, its tough. Been doing it for years, and its always been hard. You have to be strong willed to make them both work, but its doable.

Gym, PE, engineering and math classes … it’s just too much $hit to do in one day. It takes careful planning and slacking is not an option. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to fit all these into my schedule.

Remember that a nice body and big unit is an extremely hard combination for just about any woman to pass up even if you are just average looking face wise. You will get practically any woman except the women that demand a pretty boy face. You know, Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt.

If you are a pretty boy and you have the body and the unit. Watch out because woman will go nuts and fight to the death for you!!! …providing everything else about you is kosher too (you know hygiene, nice teeth, nice personality, etc. etc.)

I don’t work out, but I do try to go for a run every day. I’m a PE newb, but fitting both routines in is not easy easy as it sounds (as stated many times already). Between work, a social life, exercising, and fishing, I can barely find time to sleep! Good luck to you, though. If you stick with it, you’ll be quite happy with the results I’m sure. :)

I know exactly what you are going through man! I used to work out 3-4 times a week and since starting PE Im lucky to hit 2 times. Now with school starting, time only gets more valuable.

my body grows more than my penis….well, i find working out a lot easier and no need for privacy…Yep, my goal is to have both in the long runs. My body is shaping up pretty good…now, i just gotta be patient with my brother down there…I’m a decent guy…nice, extra clean..too clean perhaps…. we’ll just see how the ladies will go with me..hahaha…

i work second shift @ 2;30 pm till 10:30. For some reason, my body works better @ night, so right after work around 11 pm when i get home, i would eat a quick snack and chill till 11:30 PM. Head to the basement and workout on every part of my body until like 12:30. Take a hot shower and rest till 1 or 1:15 am…. then lock my doors and start PE-ing until like 2 or 2:30 am then clean up…. and head to bed around 3 am.. I tried it in the morning and it just doesn’t work good @ all.

I sometimes would even do it like this when i feel lazy: workout monday, PE tuesday, and again, and again…

Hey, PE takes time and dedication, you want to grow it not force it and injure yourself. Take good rest after exercises. I do PE for two days and then leave one day empty this way I give my penis to rest. You will get more gains in less time this way. Keep it up and don’t feel lazy.

Iwe been building my body for 13 years, just started PEing. It facisinates me how much the mental attributes needed are alike. Dedication, changes in routine, giving time to recovery, never giving up even though gains seem low…

I agree with “loyal”, best lesson I can translate from weightlifting is to avoid overtraining. I guess its the same in PEing too much work will do bad for you.

Work out every other day (shoulders, pushups, triceps) and PE Monday through Friday (jelqs for 45 minutes) and ride a bike for an hour M-F also. It’s been working well for me.
