I guess the question is what would the gains have been without the ADS?
I haven’t really seen anyone recommend as ADS to Newbies, but in the Conditioning, Deconditioning and IPR thread is seems that there are similarities in Newbies and those on an IPR program.
I am hoping that someone can clue me in on why an ADS is bad, or atleast not actively recommended for Newbies, but proscribed for those on IPR?
Considering that most on IPR take a decon break of about 2 months (give or take), then begin a fairly intense program including an ADS which doesn’t allow the penis to retreat with many hours of daily ADS, but it is said that anyone who hasn’t been PE’ing for 3 consecutive months is a Newbie?
These two thoughts seem to contradict one another? If someone understands this better than I do, I would appreciate being directed to a link, if there is one.
