Manual Stretching Best Grip Experience.
Hi I want to share my method and discover if anyone has a better method.
In my experience to improve my stretching grip strength I use a pair of surgical gloves combined with toilet paper (it removes moisture from glans).
I like my method except for the short lasting toilet paper integrity. I have to change the piece of paper several times during my daily routine.
Any thoughts? I read theraband for grip, does anybody experienced with both methods to compare the traction achieved?
