Hey guys. Just wanted to create this thread for those of you who like to see the outcome of experimenting. I assume this would be all. Lol

I have always done my manual stretches for 30 second counts like the newbie routine calls for. I never felt anything besides the ‘tug’ sensation. So I started holding for a little longer, 45 seconds to be exact. I immediately noticed fatigue upon doing so. And after I finish my stretches my penis feels tired. I can only interpret this as a good thing. I have been doing this for about a week now. I will keep you updated with my gains/lack of gains I achieve from this. Anyway, I guess what I am trying to discover is if holding the stretch to the point of fatigue will speed gains.

With this said and with the fact that different techniques work for different people, 45 second holds is not the key here. Holding to the point of fatigue and keeping it there for a few extra seconds is what I am aiming to prove for faster gains.

(Christmas 2009):nBPEL: 0.000 x MSEG: 0.000 x FL: 0.000

I will add that I also noticed that the initial increase to 45 seconds with the force I was using to pull started to give me pain so I eased off as far as how hard I was pulling. I certainly do not want to injure myself and prolong my gains. Any experimenting anyone does should be done with caution.
