Hello everyone,

Been away for a long time due to a jelqing injury (overzealous numbers of jelqs). Still recovering at the moment (perfect EQ, but sharp pain hours after ejaculation, for the next couple of days after ejaculation).

I’m contemplating beginning a manual stretch ONLY routine for a while (provided it doesn’t inflame my jelqing injury).

My question to you guys is: has anyone ever delved into a manual stretching only routine, and if so, should I worry about decreased girth because of this? I definitely would not want to trade even a mm of girth for length…but if I can get the length and keep my pathetic girth it would be better than nothing!
I know there is no concrete answer to this…everybody is different, so really I’m just trying to draw off of your experiences. Has anyone here used ONLY manual stretching and/or ads, and if so, did you lose ANY girth?

I started out doing manual stretches and a homemade extender, zero girth exercises, and along with my length gains, ended up adding .25” in girth.

The notion that length comes at the expense of girth is false.

In my case, I am only looking for length increase. If increase in girth comes with it, so be it.

Hey Smallja!

There was a guy here who was a real inspiration adding like 2 inches in length and his routine was mainly hand stretching.

Checkout the thread “2-inch Growth Comparative Pictures” from bennett8. He gives his routine and it may give you some ideas.

Trusting all is well bro.

No one lost girth because stretching, in any form. Your penis isn’t a metallic pipe.

Wow man, just checked out your progress pictures, those are probably some of the most well taken photos on these forums, with an obvious gain in length and girth. Congratulations man! And thank you for your input, it is very encouraging to hear.

Thank you everyone else who applied as well (DGA, Marinera, etc). So happy to hear these reports on stretching only.
