Manual Stretching without ADS

Is it possible to get any good gains without an ADS, it just doesn’t seem so to me. I did some searching around, and seems like the majority of people here use an ADS. Anyways, can manual stretching alone lead to permanent gains, or do I need an ADS?

Manual is a great way to get some gains and get to know your unit. Much success can be had with manual routines.

ADS has taken off in the last couple/few years it seems. The old school PE gainers stretched and jelqed without ADS

Do manual work and see how it works for you, if you have money buy an ADS after 2-3 months and that’s it. Nothing to lose. I don’t think ADS can help drastically in only 1-2 months. I’ve had pretty good gains from manual work before I started using an ADS.

I can’t speak for them but a thread called “what would you do differently” was on another board where vets reflected on their PE journey and a few spoke of some of the new gadgets they would take advantage of…though some of them may have just been promoting their product

I’m about to accomplish 2” in length gains doing only manual stretches in an overall of 8-9 months of P.E.. :)

Boo-yah, can you post your length routine? I’ve been trying different routines and haven’t gotten a single improvement yet after 4 months
