I don’t know if there is actually any limit for extender. People usually do small intensity for like 4-12 hours and that’s fine. But that’s much higher intensity for stretching and you can overtrain. So it’s better to have common sense and adjust a bit. I did only stretching routine and for me 10-30 minutes is optimal. Comparing two, i suppose extender is better, because of intensity. There is idea about how body reacts. If you do sharp pull for 1 second then body adapts and aims at strength to prevent rupture. If you do minor and step-by-step pull then body adapts a bit and aims at grows to prevent tension. It you barely makes penis to elongate with extender, then it should have very small amount of stress.
But i don’t know about difference on practice. About speed of gains and about maximal result. Do that have difference or not. It’s just quite common for people with solid PE experience to make few months breaks to make penis more capable for gains. Without that, routine doesn’t give results at all, because penis is kinda adapted to such stress.
