which is your technique to measure your penis correctly when it is not erected? how do you measured correctly your gains?

I would say that just measuring the non-bone-pressed (NBP) length would be best. Just as long as you always measure in the same way, you will be able to document your gains.

Bone pressed is better. If your weight fluctuates or you change the degree ‘N’ in NBP it will effect your accuracy.

For not erect do bone pressed stretched flaccid length. My flaccid changes daily depending of the temp of the room or what I did before or anything.

So when I did measurements for just my flaccid length it was + or - an inch. But with the bone pressed stretched flaccid length it’s a whole lot more accurate.
