Micro-bursting

What exactly id micro-bursting ? Is it veins popping ? Should I be getting it when I jelq? I’m not getting it so should I try to jelq harder ?

You may be referring to “micro tears” in the cellular structure of the tunica. The tunica is the tough outer tissue that surrounds and contains the erectile chambers of the penis (CC - corpora cavernosa). By adding stress by using larger than normal pressure within the CC it causes microscopic damage to the tunica. When the tunica tissue repairs itself it adds extra tissue to handle the higher stress.

At least that’s one of the “accepted” theories of how PE exercises work. Not everyone believes in micro tears. Look in the Articles Forum for threads about PE theory, physiology or anatomy.
