G’day Mates, I on my second week of my PE journey and I’m finding it hard to hold a kegel for longer than 2 seconds. My question is, is it still beneficial to do said 2 second legal or should I do what I have been doing which is like a rapid fire mini kegel?

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Just start doing them however you can do them. Then increase how many you do, then increase the hold time.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.
