More reps Vs. Stronger Tug
Hey all,
I started my PE journey just a little over a month ago. In that short time I actually saw pretty nice gains (I’m sure to some extent these were the infamous “newbie gains” and I won’t be unrealistic enough to assume that I would continue at that speed no matter what I do with my regimen) and am pretty happy with how it is going. After my third measure-in I saw little to no gain after that first big drive. My penis is definitely feeling less “tired” after my sessions now so I think its built up some resilience to what I’m doing and I need to up the ante if I’m going to continue seeing gains.
To answer the usual questions:
I started at 5.85, and am now a bit over six, to my great delight.
I am using the classical Jon Pop 90 day beginner routine and have stuck to it very loyally stretches through Jelqs, and about 1 3rd of the way through the 90 day period.
I am fortunate to be one of the low LOT guys, which I think probably is another contributing factor to my initially rapid gains.
I’ve had very few bad indications in response to what I’m doing, mostly I seem to turtle up a bit for the first few hours after I I do my routine, but then it seems fine and generally hangs heavier for the rest of the day.
My big questions are as follows: Should I add more reps to the number of Jelqs I’m doing? Or should I just try to be a bit firmer? Also, how long is long enough to be considered a “Plateau” in terms of seeing no gains?
I would appreciate anyone’s advice! Thanks!
