I well mention this but I’m not saying its the best option. Out of all my ADS devices that I have in the drawer at the moment, the best are listed below from 1. being the best for me and so on the list.
1. Phallosan (It’s one of their first model that I bought like in 2007 so I don’t use their vac seal cones since it was flimsy, so I use autoextender’s vac cup with this set up)
2. Autoextender sleeve with their stainless steel weighted cap. (I would recommend this since the sleeve will prevent turtling and if you happen to be at a job where you can wear loose pants and you are on your feet, you will like the tug you get from the steel weighted cap. When I was running around in my loose shorts and I would jog, I can feel the tug from the bouncing that I caused from jumping, running, etc.)
3. Autoextender vac hanger with a leg strap. (This is tricky since depending on the pressure, you might get fluid build up but I like this on colder months where I get to wear full length pants. It gives me the light tug all day long and extra tug when I walk around)
4. Silicone sleeve (This is used for anti-turtling but eventually, your skin will get irritated and itchy because it does not allow the skin to breathe)
Other devices that I have yet to test but may eventually buy:
1. LG Hanger ADS device - This one is a weighted stainless steel cap to be used with a silicone sleeve and there is a hook at the end so you can strap it to your leg. The only reason why I would consider this is because when you are sitting, the weighted cap slightly tugs down like BTC stretch but if you happen to have a proper leg strap, you can manipulate it to tug all day either sitting or standing.
Devices that I tried and I do not recommend (However, it does not mean to not buy it since it may be lack of technique on my part):
1. ESL40 - This device silicone cap is SOOOOO hard that its impossible to consistently roll it far back enough to slip your glands in. Terrible material used.
2. Stealth Innerwear - It was difficult to get the proper sizing for me, the owner of the company is amazing since he wanted to work with me to make sure that it would work but I blame the huge variance in my flaccid girth state to my random positive PIs. So the issue for me was, I could not stretch the material wide enough to slip my flaccid penis through so I went slightly bigger on the circumference but when I did that, my flaccid shaft would feel like a loose turtle neck bunched up if that makes sense? Like it was not a snug fit. However, it made my bulge HUGE in my shorts, like holy F*** the amount of stares that I got. The plastic rim at the end of the sheath will need to be replaced a few times in a year since it will eventually deteriorate quickly.
3. Divocup - This was a good idea but I didn’t like the pinch feeling I get from time to time inside the plastic dome cup and it was weird having this lube in the dome all day long. However, the sleeve fabric felt nice
Anyways, I hope that this helps you and again, you won’t really know what is best for you unless you try it since the above mentions there are some people who reported success with the not recommended list.
