Yes, a silicone sleeve and a 2 cents o-ring.

There are many, much cheaper, alternatives to this product. Many of which have been tried by members here. As far as I know, there have been no positive results documented using this technique. Also, the website does a very poor job at describing how this product works to enlarge the penis.

I wouldn’t buy this product.

Only if you did the proper PE training before. Forcing the blood in there longer with moderate compression safely should do the trick.
