I believe it is called the LOT theory. It has to do with where the tugback of your ligaments occurs. As if in a clock, mine was ten while standing, you do a quick kegel and when you do not see it tug back any more that is your LOT. I am not the best explainer of this, but I’m sure if you make a thread someone will come to your aid. There is a link out there but I just cannot find it. Good luck to ya.

I figured it out. The LOT theory. Mine is about 9-9:30. I hope this leads to quick gains too. I’ll find out towards the end of May.


Started PE April 25, 2007 -- FL 3.5", SFL 6.5", FG 4", NBPEL 5", BPEL 6.25", EG 5"

June 25, 2007 -- FL 4", SFL 7", FG 4.5", NBPEL 5.5", BPEL 6.938, EG 5"

Hopefully they do. With high lots I understand the theory is to stretch the hell out of your dick and stay away from most girth excercies. I’ve done that and well you know. DO it bro, I hope to see you breeming with confidence in a few weeks.

Listen I’m in the newbie routine too, but I only gained 0.2” in 4 months. What’s wrong with me?
That’s too disappointing…

One question: the intensity of your stretch. Do you pull with your hand at the maximum that you can? Or just a solid pull?

I don’t think anything is wrong with you. Those are still gains. You might want to switch something up for a few weeks to see if you get better results. Or just be consistent. Up to you. I wouldn’t say I stretch at my maximum, but you have to know yourself. Pull enough to the point where its not comfortable. Enough to make you look down and say “wow this stretch is intense, how much longer do I have to keep this up” Do you know your LOT?

I hope getting same result as you Rambo.

Everytime I do a stretch I try and feel a ‘stretch-type’ feeling in my dick (usually towards the base). This is a good sign.

Actually when I stretch my hand needs a break, not my penis. My LOT is 10, that’s why I’m stretching straight-down.

When I try to find out my LOT I can feel the tugback everywhere

=topper=-your lucky man. you’ll get fast length gains. if your hand needs a break…your penis probably does too. too be honest with you i don’t even know if i’m stretching for more than 7minutes a day (manuel stretches) i think the best stretches (which i do throughout the day when i can) for people with high lots are the fowfers. its morethan just down, its down and back. try the behind hte leg and to the right and left. those are great.

snuffleman-you might have a very low lot snuffle. i’m can’t say for sure but you might want to try doing this completely standing up…dick parallel to the ground, belly not all the way sucked in and then go from 6o clock up. welcome by the way, love to see all these april nubems posting. its the best thing you can do.
