These are my essential tips for growth, and I’ve seen almost an inch of growth in length and girth within 4-6 months so I am talking from experience. They worked for me and everyone is an individual but these are the “cornerstones” of my PE.

1. First of all you shouldn’t follow any given routine, adapt to your own penis.
I find that going off of how it feels and looks you should be able to read your own body well enough!

2. Jelqing, stretching and PC muscle workout must ALL be included in your workout (and this is manual, no weights, or Penis masters etc.) all natural.

3. PC muscle. I can’t stress how important this one is, you NEED to have a strong PC muscle for blood flow, general health, and holding back on your juice (orgasm is possible without ejaculation, my personal best is 3 orgasms then letting go on the 4th). And hey, whats the point in a long cock if you can’t get it hard!
After exercising my PC I’ve felt more confident, bigger, thicker, longer, and most importantly healthier.

4. Hot water, this one seems to really help me, I take a long bath after a good workout and it helps maintain my length after workout instead of it shrinking back to it’s original size. I try and take one before the workout too if possible but have found that the one after is most important.

5. Positivity, if you doubt it’s working, it won’t work. I find creative visualisation helps alot, visualise not a bigger dick, but the one you have coming to life, filling with blood.you get the picture.

Hope this helps some people it certainly helped me.

Yes we have…lol. Just kidding dude. Good tips. Although the “all natural” part of #2 could be contested by some hard gainers that can’t gain manually. Myself, I am going to try clamping because I hear it promotes sick girth gains (when done carefully), and I think that would be beneficial to my sex life with my wife. And really that’s a big priority for me doing PE (which I interpret as Penis Enhancement now).

I’m sure some outside help does work but I just personally prefer all natural, to get an idea of my gains I went from

3 1/2” flaccid
5 1/2” erect

To

4 1/4” flaccid
6 1/2” erect (this is roughly measuring without going to the bone and stretching)

Can’t wait to get to 7” erect!

I was saying everyones an individual and this worked for ME I wasn’t saying do exactly what I do so no need for the sarcy comment!
It’s just what worked for me, I read a thread about the tissue damage/growth that was very interesting I guess I just found my ratio for it.

I’ve been doing PE for around 6 months, maybe more. But only intensely recently.
I’m not saying I got it 100% figured but I’m defiantly making good progress.

And what technique you use for multi orgasm ?

I exercise the PC muscle by tensing it, thats it.

Sometimes on and off and sometimes I tense it for long periods, or tense it for as long as you can then go that extra mile by tensing it even more for a few seconds (give it time for this one).

To practice multi orgasm, when you masturbate bring yourself until you feel your about to blow, and then totally relax until you feel it’s gone, then bring it back to that point, continue this and you’ll start to learn how to hold your juice alot more, pay special attention to how it feels, what muscles are tense etc.basically learn to read your own body! Hope I helped.

To add to that it’s kinda hard to describe what happens when I orgasm without ejaculating,

It’s more of a “relaxed” orgasm, still very good I just don’t squirt.

I can’t do it every time but sometimes I can do loads of orgasms, then usually can’t ejaculate until my next erection, but sometimes I can have a couple orgasms then ejaculate on the same erection.
