Your Routine
Hey dude, can you tell me all the stretching techniques you used for ur first 10 months on PE. I have been doing manual A & V stretches along with 1hour on the extender to start followed by 20 minutes of high EQ jelqs with 2 to 4 ulis between. I really lack the knowledge of stretching techniques, and I don’t know if I should take the ulis and jelqs out of my routine so my stretch remains throughout the day. My stretch goes away after I the jelqs because its more girthy afterwards. IDK, any suggestions
