My first post...Results after 2 months...

Hi everyone, this is my first post and I would like to share my experience and results with PE after being 2 months into it.. I would also like to ask a couple of questions.

Ok, I started with a BPEL of 5.5” but I did’nt measure the girth when I started. I’ve been doing stretches Jelqing and kegals. I’m up to 1/2 hour jelq sessions 2 days on one day off, with stretches everyday.

Now 2 months later, my current BPEL is an even 6” and my girth is 5 1/2”, I can only assume my girth before was around 5 1/4.

So I have gained a 1/2” inch in lenth and about a 1/4” in girth. I’m pretty inpressed and proud of what I have acheived so far. My current goal is 7” BPEL and 5 3/4” Girth.

I have read lots on Thunders and it seems as though my gains are some what normal for a beginner. I know it will take time, but I’m really determined so hopefully I’ll reach my goal one day, sooner than later.

Now one question I have…..When do you know when it’s time to up the workout with more advanced technics? I havent hurt myself yet and I dont want to, so I was curious what you all might suggest I should look at doing next, and how long I may want to wait before doing so.

Another question I have is about erections. I have noticed it seems alot harder lately to acheive a full 100% erection, unless I am extremely turned on, is this normal? Am I doing damage or could it be because my Penis is becoming use to the extra touching and does not get stimulated as easily?

I think thats it for now, I may add more questions to this thread if I cant find the answers by searching for them.

I would also like to say that you all seem like really nice people, and I feel comfortable here already. I look forward to getting to know u all a bit, and share my future results with you all.

I wish everyone the best of luck in your journey through PE and maybe one day, I’ll be an inspiration to some of you, the way that alot of you are to me now.

Thanks again, and I appreciate any and all comments.

Deville,
Congratulations on the gains so far. It is not uncommon to achieve 100% erections soon after doing the exercises.

It sometimes seems odd, a lot of people do this to increase erection strength and yet there are reports of difficulty getting fully hard.

When I first started PE it was to get bigger but the first thing I noticed was better erections, (in my mid 40’s my erections were becoming less frequent and much less firm) I had also begun to wake up with erections which I had not done in many years.

However, when I do exercises vigorously over an extended period of time I notice I have difficulty maintaining strong erections especially the day of doing the exercises. I have not noticed any real damage to my penis and am still able to get hard when I need to but perhaps for peace of mind you could take several days off to see that you “recover” and that your erection strength returns to normal. Then go back to your routine.

I think you are correct, it has been my feeling that I occasionally temporarily experience diminished sensitivity and that may be some of the reason for the loss of erection strength, but to date it has always returned.

As to when to “up” the routines, it depends on how you feel, for me a couple of months of the newbie routine seemed to condition myself enough to start doing longer more aggressive routines and adding things like uli’s and horse 440s.

But I would suggest slowly advancing, no use harming yourself. I’ve been doing this just under 2 years and (knock on wood) haven’t hurt myself yet

good luck and welcome.

I would like to second goingforit. I think that you should take off a few days just to test and see if you are overworking yourself. And that should work.

Hey Deville, Welcome to the board!

You`ve made some great gains, congratulate yourself! Regarding advanced techniques my advice is to keep your current routine which undoubtedly is working and get all the gains you can of it. You`ll probably need advanced techniques later on in your PE-career but in my opinion you should save them for when you really NEED them. My own experience with this is that I started hanging a LONG time before I ever needed it and now I don`t know if I`ll ever need it either. I was gaining with my regular stretching routine but started hanging because I thought it was the optimal solution. It may be for some people, but for me who had a HARD time managing to hang as little as 3 X 20 minutes I reaped very small gains of it. So now I`m back to regular stretching which is more time-efficient.

I find what you say about erections to be just the way I`ve experienced it myself. I don`t know how old you are, but I know that the older guys usually get better erections when they start jelqing because of the increased bloodflow. Personally, I`m 20 years old and my erections were pretty rock solid and more regular before starting PE. I`ve also been thinking that my penis have been desensitized both in the mental aspect and probably a little physical as well. If you think about it, PE involves touching your penis a LOT more than usual:-) I have no problems getting HARD when I want to though. The last time I had a PE-rest I found my erections becoming harder and more regular after a while so I guess it`s all good.

Good luck!

Best,

Renholder

I also experience the “stubborn penis syndrome” (as I like to call it) for an hour or so after doing my exercises. I think Renholder was right with the de-sensitizing aspect, and to further it, I wonder if the penis begins to learn between sexual and non-sexual contact and will only become fully erect when there’s sex looming ahead. Who knows, just and idea. Usually after a few hours mine will be back to getting fully hard, and morning wood the next day is pretty much a given occurence.

My Gains thus far You can expect a forecast of vengeance in the near future. "Combat salacious removal"

I agree with Renholder. Stick with the routine that is working for you. If you try and change up your routine before you milk all the gains you can from your present routine before moving on. This way you will be able to exhaust all the gains you can out of workout A before moving to workout B and all you can from B before moving to C etc. The theory is if you can get an inch from workout A but move to workout B before getting the full inch you will not make up the missed gains in workout B and so on.

As long as you are making good gains- stick with the easiest workout possible!

As far as the erections- could be overwork. Lay off the PE for a few days and see if they improve.

Thanks alot everyone for all your comments. I think I’ll take your advice and just stick to my current routine.
One more question I just thought of. I read that we should’nt masterbate or have sex 2hrs before or after a workout session. Just curious why, thanks.

Cheers,

Leroy
