My gains and new weekly program of exercises
After starting PE in May this year I am thrilled to report I have hit 7 inches ahead of my 6 month target. Of course it is not cemented yet but I’ll take it anyway and know that I am on track, at least as far as length goes. After reading so much on Thunders I now fully appreciate just how important a decent girth is and as my girth remains below average (4 3/4” on a good day) there is still lots of work to do. I am pretty sure I have been doing everything right up till now in building my workouts up gradually. I have also obsessively collected just about every known positive exercise variant from the vets and I am about to embark on a new program that will consist of almost daily variables in my exercise program. This is to achieve a few things
1) avoid (as best as possible) a plateau
2) remove for me any sense of monotony from my program
3) The little guy will never be able to guess what’s coming next
I haven’t seen many posts about variable daily programs before so I am keen to hear any feedback as to whether this seems a good move or not. The program is as follows

Mems Momentous Gains Mechanism (inc. 15 min. Wet Jelqs)
Erect Bends – 2 sets

Cock Ring edging – 1 x 15 minutes

All days begin and finish with hot rice sock and many exercises are done under an infrared lamp. I haven’t specified but some of the sets will be split into morning and evening sessions. I have also just ordered from Monty his ADS device to use at work and I’m a big convert to Big Girtha’s Fowfers and ‘dick between the thighs’ in bed at night. All in all I’m loving this journey. I’ve been doing it tough in a few areas of my life of late and PE and Thunders has really lifted my spirits and given me something very positive to focus on.
