Okay I’ve been conditioning my penis for the last 6months, no routine, just jegling and stretching it randomly for 6 months.

I haven’t been too consistant and have ZERO gains I think, atleast not more than a few millimeters.

My biggest problem has been motivation, but I’ve started the gym and feel motivated to do this for real this time to.

I’m 5.6x4.7 none bone pressed atm.

Is it possible to reach 7x6 by July?

If so what routine should I use, I’ve been reading a lot the last half year and can’t make up my mind with a routine, if someone could help me I’d be greatful

Anything is possible…

But that will be VERY difficult with just “random stretches and jelqs.”


Start: NBP: 6 - Girth: 4.7

Now: NBP: 7 - Girth: A hair below 5"

Goals: NBP - 7.5 .... Girth - 5.5

The routine you need to follow consistently is the newbie routine. I know your post said you’ve been putzing around with this for 6 months. Putzing around doesn’t cut it, if you want to PE then PE. Is your goal obtainable, maybe yes, maybe no, it will depend a great deal on how much effort you want to give it. As tunder05 said, random stretches here and there and then a few jelqs here and there isn’t going to get you what you want.

Only you can come up with the motivating factor that will keep you on task, no one else here can do that. Self discipline is important in all aspects of life, not just PE. I know I could use a little more work on my self discipline, but when chocolate calls my name………….. anyway, I digress. You are going to want to and need to remain dedicated to your goals in order to achieve them. Your overall goal might be a bit lofty by July, however, break that down into smaller increments and you will get there. Keep the overall goal, but tell yourself that by say December you want a 1/4 in in length and girth, then in February/March another 1/4 inch and so on and so forth. You might get more, but keep the short term goals reachable and the long term goal of 7 x 6 will fall into place on its own.

Yes I understand I have to do this 100%, and I have way too much sparetime so I can put in as much time as needed.

My biggest problem however is the meassuring, it seems like it adds a cm or lose a cm randomly on days.

It’s pretty hard to keep track and see if you have actually gained anything until you have a certain 2cm increase and that will take months.

I try not to measure very often, maybe once a month or so, in order to avoid the disappointment of loss of size or minimal gains. Also you become obsessive if you measure every single day. Good luck though, it seems like your goal is very possible.
