My Gun , My Problems , My Questions Your Help Your advises
Hello this is my first Thread .I learned about PE before one year but I’m not sure maybe it’s more than an year or maybe is less , I guess I’m one of the few who forgot when they started training their unit.In this period of time I was doing PE but chaotic with no regime . I did mainly jelq . In the beginning my unit was around 16-17sm I am not sure if it was 18 ,maybe it was but now I reached 18 and 19sm ,my goal is to reach 20sm and maybe a little more . The funny thing is that when woke up in the morning in my bed I grab the line and measure my dick and it’s 19 and a half and it’s really strong , but that sensation is only in these minutes before I go out of the bed , then my unit goes in 18sm and bellow.There are something I think I must do.First I think to fix my sleep regime , I usually go to bed in 3-4h in the night and I wake up in the same time in afternoon or in 1-2h afternoon . Other thing I think I must do is to do Kegels which I don’t know very well how to do .And I do not know how to avoid thin in the base of the penis ?? :(
Can you tell me is it important to fix my sleep time ,is it a trouble if I don’t go to bed in 11h in the evening and instead of this I go in 3h in the night.Is it necessary to do Kegels when my dick becomes larger so the blood can go in it ? Is it important to do more sports so my heart becomes stronger and can pump more blood and will Kegels help me with the trouble of getting the bigger dick harder , you see the problem is I can’t make it as strong as it is in the morning when I measure it in the bed and I really want to make it like this , I really like it when I wake up :)
