In addiition to kegels the best exercises for “down there” are the adductor/abductor machines at the gym - also known as the “good girl/bad girl” machines! It will give you a grip like a vice, but take it easy at first or it will hurt a bit.

I was given great advice from Captnhook, PirateSteve and RWG (well his was more voyeuristic but thats okay) and the first thing they told me was to go at it easy.
