My idea. Does it make sense, is it safe
So I’ve tried the noob routine and have been having a bit of a hard time. I want to do something move passive I guess. I was wondering about these stretchers that I have seen. I have one myself, but it’s uncomfortable. I figure I can make a similar more comfortable one. Using the ADS design I figure I would attach a weight to the end instead of putting it on my leg with a belt. The highest weight/tension on my stretcher is 1200 grams. This is about 2.6 pounds I believe. So maybe I can find a fishing weight/sinker. What do you think? Would and all day hanging at similar stretching weight be the same and as effective? Can hanging be effective while sitting? Most importantly how do you feel about the safety? Thank you for your comments.
