My Introduction -- Foreskin Restoration And PE
After having learned about PE back in January of 2004 I am back to it. I gave it a go initially for a few months, only to have no results and thus when my time became scarce it was the first to go. Come to find out, by reading all of the great info here, I had been jelqing all wrong (too much erection + too much pressure = stifled growth). So I am back for another round and am hoping the new knowledge will help get me where I want to go.
My main intent with PE was/is to straighten my curve. It isn’t so much a curve I guess, since it starts at the base - but anyway, it is a lean to the left that I want to correct. I do have an upward curve and while I don’t want to eliminate it particularly I do not like that I am unable to get oral with my wife directly in front of me (it simply can’t bend that far). She has to lay on my left side with me laying down as well (her head resting on my stomach), and although it is comfortable, the position is quite limited. So I am hoping that can change as well. Growth is definitely nice, but it is secondary to “straightening” things out.
From what I read, the straightening process is a long one though so who knows what may happen in the interim. I don’t even know if straightening is the right term since, like I said, it is more of a lean that originates at the base. It is slightly thicker at the base on the left side when erect as well. Not sure how else to describe it, but it is definitely annoying and in the past has hindered sex because of the way it pokes my wife.
I have also been doing foreskin restoration for almost a year and am hoping that PE will complement this project. Specifically I am hoping that the increased blood flow from the PE exercises will nurture the skin expansion. The foreskin restoration is my first priority, but if it takes longer because of PE it will be because I have a bigger dick and so the time will be worth it. :)
My starting stats from the 4Th of September 2006 —
FL: 85mm (3.346”)
FG: 120mm (4.724”)
BPEL: 145mm (5.708”)
EG: 125mm (4.921”)
I am currently using the - ‘Modified Newbie Routine’ as my chosen poison. I am also supplementing that workout with pumping for short periods of time. Rest days are taken off completely (except for the foreskin restoration which is currently every weekday with the CAT II). My pumping sets are no more than 5 minutes in length and I stay under 5” of mercury. I will probably reach 5 sets at the next workout, but my first was only 3 sets and the last one was 4 sets.
I have completed two workouts thus far and have gained 6mm (~1/4”) in erect length from the two sessions. My ruler actually has about 1/8” sticking out past the starting point so my bone pressed measurement with the gain is actually 6” even, but all that really matters are the deltas.
That is all I can think of for now. I just thought I would go ahead and post since my PE in conjunction with foreskin restoration doesn’t seem to be very common from what I have read on here and the fact that I am obtaining results while doing just that seemed a good thing to share.
