My Journey begins......
After months and months of research ( surgery,penis pills, pumps,extenders,hanging and manual pe ) I’ve decided that PE is for real and it is for me. Thank you for all those who walked the walk already.
My starting measurements are:
NBPFL-varies between 1.75-3.5
NBPEL-5.75-6
BPEL-7.25
My goal is to always hang flacid no less than 4 inches. Anything more is gravey to me. My goal for nbpel is 8 inches. Again if I achieve more than that it is also gravey.
My starting program is pretty basic:
I do my kegal routine first: 100 kegals ( 50 quick, 50 held for 3 secs )
5 minutes of hot shower
While taking a hot shower, with hot water constantly hitting my penis I do the following manual stretches:
1st-left,2nd right,3rd out, 4th up and 5th down
Each stretch is held for 10 secs, working up to longer times as the weeks progress. Inbetween each stretch I take 30sec break, massaging blood back into penis, whilst hot water is running, hoping to minimize blood spots.
I’m going mainly for length. If I decide for girth I will wait till my length is achieved. I would like to know if jelquing at 50% erection would be beneficial for length ?
