For me, increased penile health and quality of erections ALONE would be sufficient reason to do PE.

For the newbies, it’s also an encouraging early sign that things are moving in the right direction, even before they see or measure improvements.

Exactly, penis health was the last thing on my mind when I stareted PE, then I realized that my erection prior to PE must have actually been fairly poor. What I pleasant surprise to get a harder, healthier penis.

Oh and the wife feels it. All I have admitted thus far is that I have been dojng Kegels for a long time. She has often meantioned how “F’n HARD” my wood it and as I kegeled inside her the other day she said “Oh God, that feels good, keep up those Kegels baby!”
