It’s certainly smaller than average, but this isn’t ‘bad’ unless you believe it is. Set yourself a goal and persevere with a routine that works for you and -who knows- ‘sky’s the limit’.

Hi Hi Dude - set some short term goals and stick at it until you achieve what you want. Remember - consistency and perseverance are the key.


01/OCT/2007: BPEPL: 7.00, Base Girth 5, Mid G: 4.5, Under glans G: 4.25.

01/NOV/2007: BPEPL: 7.25, Base Girth: 5.25, Mid G: 4.75, Under glans G: 4.50.

hi_dude, how old are you, what is your weight and height. These questions can be important to judge the size of your penis. It just might be proportioned to your body.

I personally started with the newbie routine and never stopped using it. I did do the advance exercises after awhile but used the newbie as a warm up before I started those advanced exercises. You know, like how an athlete stretches out before the game. I have stopped PEing altogether since I surpassed my goal. I started at around 6.8 BPEL X just under 5 EG. MY goal was 7.5 BPEL x 5.5 EG. Well not paying attention to the tape measure, I ended up at 8.125 BPEL X 5.8 EG in just a little over a year. I like my length, really wanted 5.5 EG and so did my Wife since 5.8 was to big for her to handle. I am hoping my girth will shrink a bit to 5.5, but it doesn’t look like it will.
The key is consistency and patience. You may hit some plateau’s and that is when you give yourself a break. Listen to your dick, if it starts to hurt to much, stop the exercise. It will hurt a bit, but if it becomes a bad pain, stop. Everything we do is dangerous.

Maybe you should put on a bit more weight. 63kg at 1.74 metres tall sounds like your really skinny.

Size matters man, but there a point of saturation for this. Off course any girl has yours.

A lot of ppl are impatient and including me, but it seems as though in order to truly be proud of ur penis, you have to put in the work, so therefore I am going to make a consistent schedule and stick to my routine and adjust accordingly until I reach “9x6.5”,
