My Routine
First thing first. I’m not new to PE as I’ve been doing it off and on for over 10 years. I’ve seen length gains come and go. I have a severe case of Ed caused by neuropathy.
I’m now using a bathmate for 15 minutes, then constrictor rings. While still pumped up, I inject 250 mcg of bpc-157 with the rings on to hold the blood. I then wear a vacuum ADS for approximately 2 hours.
With this routine I’ve regained almost 3/4” of what was lost while on a year off due to a back injury.
Some things I’m thinking about adding are, hanging, and pge-1.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
