My story.and possible progress log in the future

My mind has been blown the past 4 years or so about my penis size. Not that it matters, but back in high school when I dated my girlfriend, who was black (so I figured she knew about big dingalings, I’m white btw), my dick was easily 7.5” I’m guessing non-bone pressed length. Over the past 6 years, I thought my penis had freaking shrank because now it’s only 6” non-bone pressed length. I started to do some reading about penis size/enlargement immediately.

After all of my reading, I believe the ‘reason’ for the loss of size is due to me becoming overweight. I went from 125lbs as a ninth grader, and now am at 230lbs as a 26year old adult. I am guessing I have dramatically increased the size of my fat pad.

So with this new information, even before PE’ing seriously (I don’t really think of the newbie routine as seriously, which is what I will probably do in conjunction with working out hardcore), my goal is to get back down to around 150-160lbs with pure definition. Really I am aiming for under 10% body fat, I’m guessing I’m around 30% now. I am 5’10” by the way.

Can anyone shed anymore light on my issue? Are my losses due to fat pad? Could I actually obtain an 8”nbpel if I get back in shape and PE’d on a regular schedule?

Yes and yes. Your losses are due to the fat pad and if you got in shape and PEd you could easily make 8 NBPEL. I’m betting that if you measure bone-pressed, you’ll find your original size is still there if somewhat obscured. You have a good starting size already at 7.5 NBPEL. I wish I had your starting size!

The body fat ratio doesn’t tell the whole story. Fat is distributed differently for everyone. Some people can have 20% body fat (b.f.) and look lean because it is distributed evenly over their whole body. Others will store it at the belly and look huge with the same ratio.

10% is particularly low, although possibly attainable by a young person, but I think you would have to have a fairly athletic lifestyle to achieve that. Can you tell us how you set your goal of 10% b.f.? Have you found out your current ratio, how you got it, and what are you intending to do to meet your goal? What is your present lifestyle like and what are you going to change?

I’m guessing you will have to have access to scales that measure b.f. The good news is there are some really cheap ones these days.

Well, along the way of body fat % I’m just approximating. Every tool I have found online has lead me to believe I have to be around 27-35% body fat range. Even when I was athletic in high school, I knew I wasn’t near 10% body fat. If I had to guess, even when I was in the best shape of my life I was probably around 17% or so.

I am about to start the insanity workout program to reduce body fat %. I was going to do p90x until I saw the insanity workout dvd. It seems more realistic for me because right now I am unemployed, and don’t have the money to fork over for pull up bar, resistance bands, and whatever else they are trying to sell. I was always looking for a workout that used your own body weight as the resistance.
-And of course I plan on dieting, nothing severe though. My diet is so crappy that a HUGE step would just be eliminating all soda, sweets, and fast food. I will probably make a more conscience effort to cook and prepare my own meals every day. I believe that will go a long way with an intense workout program.

About penis size and fat pad, I have tried pressing a ruler to my bone but shit.that hurts. I believe I at LEAST have an inch in the fat pad I could regain. My girth really isn’t much a problem for me, I took time to measure it the other day since I see everybody posting sizes, and it’s 5.3” midshaft. So I figure if I lose the weight(body fat really) and gain 0.5”-1” through PE, I will be a happy man. I don’t need a 8x6 per say, I’ll work with whatever I have, I just want what I lost back!! LOL

More about body fat %, I don’t know how to accurately measure my body fat %. If anyone has any pretty accurate cheap ways, or expensive but precise ways, please share!

Another thing, I was looking for people who actually gained using the newbie routine.and the success rate just doesn’t seem that high. Do people do it just to get accustomed to PE so they can move on to the more advanced exercises?

Doing crazy workouts/diet to lose the faster you can isn’t a good idea at all, as I bet you already know.

How did you get the idea that people doesn’t gain by the newbie routine? I think most of people do gain something, and some stick to manual exercises for their whole PE career, since it works fine for them.

Rush is never a good father, buddy.

The cheapest way to measure is with a caliper. You measure the fat fold at your hips and read the ratio off a chart. It is based on statistical probability so it’s not 100% accurate.

To get a more accurate reading you can get personal scales that measure your BF%. Tanita is one brand. They will cost more than ordinary scales, so if you are broke you can postpone it. Really you could just focus on the tape measure and how you look for a few months before worrying about exact readings. Take some photos now for motivation purposes.

Good luck with it diskreet.
