Need advice for my PE road

Hello. My parameters : BPEL 6,93, EG 4.72. Is it real to improve my parameters to 8x6? I have no PE exercises(jelk & manual stretching) since February 2021, I think there is some dick size memory, because my max BPEL was 7.1. Well, Is my goal realistic and what I should do?)

I think your goals are absolutely realistic. Have you gained girth so far? What is easier for you, length or girth gains? This is individually different.

You are close to your length goal. You could focus on that first, especially if it’s easier for you to grow length. This was my case. I reached my length goal in a relatively short amount of time, now I focus on girth. In my opinion, since each exercise requires some conditioning first, and since girth and length exercises are different, it’s better to go seperate ways for each and to stick with one exercise for some time.


Stats: 06/2011: BPEL: 13 cm; MSEG: 10 cm; 04/2022: BPEL: 20 cm; MSEG: 14 cm

Goal would be: BPEL: 20 cm => reached 03/2022; MSEG: 15 cm

I gained may be 0.5 cm in girth since my road start. Yes, length earning is easier for me. What exercises I should do for BPEL increasing? There are only manual stretching in my PE arsenal. I have seen your topic, great result. Can you recommend something based on your experience?

Grab right behind glans, pull away, hold, 30 sec to 1 minute, switch in all 4 directions, several rounds at one session around 10 minutes, several times a day (when going to the bathroom), every day until soreness hits, rest 1-2 days until you recover, then start workout days again. Important: BC muscle must be fully relaxed, so that stretch can reach ligaments. You should feel the traction deep inside your groin, at the root of your inner penis.
