Need advice on excess skin after stretching

Hi all,

Roughly three months ago I started with PE. My routine consisted of 6 sets of S2S (side to side stretches) à 25 reps. Every week I increased the amount of reps in each set by 5. Despite being uncut, this was working great initially. As time passed, I added additional stretching to my routine (downwards stretches, stretches down left, and so on). At one point, however, I realized that I was starting to begin having issues keeping my grip - the skin below my glands would repeatedly slip. In the end I started using medical gloves and this mostly helped with out.

Unfortunately, after about a month and few weeks it was almost impossible to keep a tight grip without repeatedly slipping, with made stretching really hard and simply not enjoyable anymore. I tried my best to improve the grip and in the worst case scenario decided to just re-adjust after each rep but that way I never really felt like I actually got a good stretch in as well as it also takes a lot more time. I found that if I got slightly aroused (not fully erect, just a bit so my dick fills up a bit), I could maintain the grip more easily. However, while I seemingly gained a bit after that month + few weeks I also noticed that I have stretch marks/ more skin in the shaft. Admittedly, as long as I gain length I am not too bothered by it. However, it now feels like my progress/ gains have come to a halt. After searching for help on this forum most threads I found were people advising against stretching erect because the stretch one gets would not be as deep as well as there is also the danger of suffering an injury. I am now uncertain as to whether I should proceed the way I did the past month and a half (stretching slightly aroused/ plump) despite no gains. I should also mention that, trying to get around this, I tried a couple of things and grips that probably added to the problem at stake (I.e. Stretching/ putting more strain on the skin than tunica/ ligaments) + maybe applying too much force occasionally (I pulled until I felt a slight pain/ feel of unease in the ligs).

For this reason I am now writing this thread in hopes of finding someone who has had the same issue and can give me some advice on how to proceed. Any help is appreciated.

Welcome, pjohn: I bunch up the excess skin to use as a kind of “knob” or grip; not sure how the mechanics work when you’re uncut, though. Also, keep in mind, side-to-side require the lowest ratio of gripping strength to stretching benefits.

Hi Don,

Thanks for your reply. I think I do you know what you are talking about - sometimes my grip slips slightly and goes partially up but does not cover the glands completely (the top is visible). Is that what you mean by knob? If so, is it “safe” to use? As for the last part, how much force do you think does one have to use when doing S2S? I have always found that hard to ascertain so I used the slight ligament “pain” as a point of reference.
