Hi I’m new and have been doing some jelqing and basic stretches for about 3-4 months now I have a question about my BPFSL is7.5”, BPEL is 7” NBPEL is6.5 to 6.75 it varies what’s does this mean. What do I need to do to get to 7.5” any workouts suggestions I’m open. Rest days are as important as working out days. Better to add few rest days in your routine.

First of all 6.5 to 6.75 NBP to me is in the huge category, how big is your flaccid? Anyway I would suggest to start with the newbie routine and try to keep your dick warm
