Need Help With Devices And General Advice

So I’m currently trying to lose weight while doing PE. I have just started Jelqing doing 5 days on,1 day break. My current bone pressed erect length varies from 6.4 to 6.7. My non bone pressed is 5.3-5.7 so 1 inch+ fat pad, maybe when I lose weight, better blood flow may get me to 7 inches who knows.

My goal is to get to 8.2 and above bone pressed erect length with cemented gains.
I’m 24, in 18 months I’m 26. In that time I’m going to be Jelqing, losing weight and extending.

Here’s my question
I’ve just bought the quick extender pro deluxe edition, and I saw on YouTube from a channel called elite manliness, these type of extenders combined with the VLC tugger is best for gains. I was wondering if anyone Here has any experience with the quick extender pro + vlc tugger about the best routine to use combined with Jelqing over the 18 months to achieve my goal. If not, then what other device would work for me in my aim to get 8.2 or more bone pressed in 18months. I am a uncircumcised male.

Appreciate it’s a lot of info to digest but it would be of great help if someone can assist me with some knowledge many thanks

I never got gains from an extender, probably because I’d always set it on too much force which causes a contraction of the tissue.

Penis pumping and a light weight hanger is what I have been using. 5 inHg for 20 minutes every other day and a .5 lb. hanger for as long as is comfortable seems to produce the best results.

Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.

Cool so what’s the best pump and hanger for me to buy? Also what the routine you use ?

Pumping can be conducted in two ways: either air or water (hydro), and consists of a tube/cylinder and vacuum pump. In either option a gauge is strongly recommended for safety and repeatability purposes. Hydro systems commonly have the pump built into or attached to the tube and generally do not have gauges. Vacuum (negative pressure) is measured in many ways so be advised the most common here is inches of mercury, abbreviated as inHg.

With an air system the pump is a separate component from the tube so you also need a hose and connectors. A gauge may or may not be attached to the pump.

There are many threads discussing pros/cons of one type vs the other, and also discussions of brands and options. Please use the search function to seek them. You can also just browse through the Penis Pumps forum to find this same information.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Expressman, you want to gain 1+1/2 inch or more in 18 months. It is a possibility that you can do it, but there is no guarantee as we are all different. Set up a good routine with the extender and the gains will come. Try to get at least 4-6 hours per day, and do not overdo the traction, monitor your EQ and your morning-woods. Do a routine of 2-3 days on and one day off. If you are going to put pumping and other things into your routine, chances are that you are overdoing things. ( just my opinion) good luck

Thanks Norwegian wood, yeah hopefully man and I’m losing weight too so. But how specifically how would I go about doing this? So you are recommending that I do 4-6 hours of Jelqing to begin with followed by extending for Every 3 days and 1 day off? Is my quick extender pro with vlc tugger good enough and at what tension because this device doesn’t have numbers to read off for tension?

If you do that you will likely induce erectile dysfunction. I think he wants you in the extender for 4 to 6 hours per session/ per day and that after a few days of training you should take a day off.

Life goal: 9x7 inches of pure raging steel, with a small patch of decorative grey hairs.

I use leluv cylinders mostly. They’re a few dollars more than the novelty pumps that tend to break, but have appropriate fittings so you can disconnect from the pump and still have a vacuum if you want. Their o-rings seem to break rapidly if you get grease on them, but you can buy a lifetime of replacement rings from a hardware store for a few dollars. I recommend getting the 12” tubes, because if you’re like basically everyone else, you’ll want to keep growing after you reach your current goals.

I use a modified aquarium pump generally, though I’m now experimenting with other things so I might be recommending something different in a few months. There are threads on which brands and models of pumps are easily modified.

I’ve never bought a hanger, so I can’t make a recommendation about that. I do think that a lighter weight for more time is better than a heavier weight for a shorter amount of time.

I do my warm up while pumping by wrapping an electric heating pad around whatever pump cylinder I’m using, generally.

I don’t do jelqing, clamping, or manual stretching. I did get newbie gains from jelqing, and I made significant gains from clamping, but a decade later I still have side effects from that and I think the remaining scar tissue, loss of sensitivity, and weaker erections is slowing down my current gains. Pumping and light hanging are pretty much injury free and don’t seem to create scar tissue if used conservatively. The gains are slower, but they’re more predictable and don’t seem to create scar tissue that slows down gains later.

That was what I was thinking.

When it comes to the amount of traction - doesn’t your extender have some lines that marks out the different amounts of traction ? Most extenders have 4 lines that mark out the traction.

If it hasn’t got any lines, then just go by what you feel in your penis, you will notice when it is too much. It should not be painful, just a light tug that is comfortable

It doesn’t have lines. It’s just screws on either side, which you can tighten and the screw moves up on the sides increasing the tension I’m assuming.

Norwegian wood I have a couple more questions buddy, should I Jelq before or after I extend? I am following the Pegym routine and I am currently doing 5 days on, 1 day off. I will start extending as soon as my VLC tugger arrives because apparently for uncircumcised dudes, it works best with an extender. Also do you think it’s realistically possible to get to 8.5“ from 6.4” BPEL in 18 months?

Thanks

We are all different, so there is no guarantee that you can get that amount of gain in that period of time. Some guys gain fast, others take more time to get there. It is a tall order to want 2 inches in 18 months, and some guys get 2 inches of gain, but it has taken them 3-5 year or more to get there.

Should you jelq before extending ? I think that that is a good thing. You should also do some jelqs and kegels in between sets in the extender to get the blood flow, and some jelqs at the end.

My advice is hang in there and don’t give up if it does go a bit slow, be happy for every gain you’ll get. During my first period of time with the extender - just over two years and more than 2400 hours recorded, I gained 1+1/4 inch in length. I then I had a long time doing on and off - mostly off - but I am in a good gaining routine again and I am close to break the 20 cm goal in 2020. Good luck.

Cool man thanks for your help just 2 more questions

What’s the best extender to use? Currently I have the vlc tugger but you are supposed to use that with an extender what would you recommend and do you have a link?

How do I cement the gains I get?

Thanks

Every extender does the same thing, the difference comes in weather they pull with a noose or a strap or a vacuum cup. Most extenders give us the possibility to read what traction we are using, but if you go by how your penis feel you should be alright with the one that you’ve got.

A vlc tugger is something I do not know anything about.

To cement gains - I think you will have to use the search function for that. I have never tried to cement my gains with certain exercises, as I am not done with length gains. I would guess cementing is to keep a small routine of jelqes and stretches.

I’m just a newbie, but I have used a RestoreX since october off and on. I bought the Quick Extender Pro last month, because it’s smaller and I thought I could walk around the house a little with it and make it easier to wear when driving. I found that although it was more comfortable and I could get my short on over it, it seemed to do very little. After about 30-40 minutes, the noose system would loosen and I would have very little tension. With their system, it doesn’t compress enough to allow me to “tie in” and then release to get the stretch. Their algorithm for initial rod length seemed way off too. I added quite a bit more and honestly, it just felt like it was acting as a hanger. I had very little tension and it wasn’t even pressed against my groin enough to much. If I tried to add extension rods, I wouldn’t be able to get the nooses behind my glans. The RestoreX is a different beast.. But also in a much higher price range. It clamps right on your glans and you can get very good tension with it. It’s advertised mainly for Peyronie’s because you can bend it and have a fulcrum like tension. I used it as advertised.30 min 2x/day for 3 months, also trying to get a slight bend out. It didn’t seem to do much with the bend, plus hurts like hell when you use it that way, so now I’m using it strictly as an extender 3x/day (morning and evening commutes, and lunch) at 45-60 min a pop to see how that helps. I’m throwing in pumping 1x/day from 10-20 minutes with a little jelqing in the shower. It’s tough though with 3 kids and a wife around, so I can’t do a whole lot on a daily basis without everyone asking what’s up.
