Hey y’all first post here. I have read up a lot and have been doing PE for about 3 and a half months strong now I currently measure at about 7 BPEL and 6.25 Erect Girth. My daily routine now usually consists of 20 min Manual stretching with 3x20min sets at 2.5 ilbs using Phallosan as a vac hanger. Along with 600-700 jelqs and 30 min pumping at 5hg with 3-4 sets x10 min clamping. I was hanging at 5ilbs last week and using the Phallosan ADS at night after my last hanging set I have about 70 hours in with it.

My question is that I started noticing a big drop in EQ, I could tell I’m getting longer and thicker, but it’s like my penis became unresponsive and the head became numb and I had a hard time getting and keeping an erection, when I would get one I had some pain around the base and felt like my ligs were really lose. It almost seems like I lost control of my penis. I don’t know if this is due to the Phallosan and vacuum thing creating the numbness? It was a really uncomfortable feeling with my ligaments. Was I just really fatigued? Can you just gain length from hanging a lone? Has anyone felt this? As of now I have dropped the ADS. Any advice helps.

If I was your dick I would run off and go live with another family! Too much? You’re trying to kill the guy. 700 jelqs, pumping, hanging, stretching for 20 minutes and you’re only into this for 3 months? Try doing that to your arm and see what happens.I’d take a week off or in your case take two!

Your doing way too much way to soon. 3 and a half months since you started PE? You should be doing nothing but the newbie routine.

Be thankful you haven’t done any more damage.

Haha ok so what would you recommend when starting again?

And to clarify I’ve dabbled into PE in the past a few months here and there but not consistently like I am now. So what you recommend? Splitting the days up? One day just like length work and the other girth? How should I go about it?

Like the man said, newbie routine. You are overdoing things, and your penis is giving you the message.

Clamping, pumping, hanging are for those who have been PE for a long time - at least a year.

Those are dangerous exercises, and you may injury yourself, take the warning from your penis.

Many members here have great gains from the newbie routine, and you should do the routine until you hit a plateau - that is when you’re not getting any gains anymore. To get to the plateau may take months, or a year, but that’s the healthy way to do it. Hurry slowly. We all want a big cock, but destroying it will not help.

Read posts here on the forum, and learn from other peoples experiences, get tips and so on.

Take the time off until your penis has recovered, and you are getting erections again, and the numbness has gone away. If you do it correctly, you will have only gain and no pain. The opposite of bodybuilding, because our penis is not a muscle.
