Need Some Help With Glans Cap

So basically I have the phallosan and phallosan plus and a leluv slider. Out of all of those right now I only use the phallosan plus, problem I have is that regularly my head keep slipping out, my setup is small bell with the small cap I use 3m tape to secure the glans cap and when I pull the bell down I put the 3m tape as well to secure it.

Problem is sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t and the times it doesn’t work the penis stays in place but the head of the cap gets a little pinched and I don’t feel as big of a pull, also in the cap I notice there is some fluid which could be from my penis.

What are my options?

I heard about the LG hanger sleeves and caps but it’s quite the price hike since I’m from Europe and I would need to pay nearly double the price for shipping.

Are there any LG hanger equivalent caps and or sleeves in Europe? Or some other method to secure the cap in place?

there are caps for toes you can buy in bigger supermarkets or in pharmacys. they work well for me.
