I don’t gain when I do PE in excess, whether that’s pumping, stretching, or jelqing. Clamping might be the exception to that rule, but clamping seems to self limit its results by building up lots of scar tissue, weakening erections, loss of sensitivity, and other injury.
I do 20 minutes of pumping every other day at 5 inHg.
I do a light weight hanger (.5 lb.) periodically (if I remember, it’s sporadic lately) for as many hours as I can comfortably.
I’ve done much greater tension stretching until loss of tug back, but it causes the penis length to shrink for many days for me and seems very counter productive. A low weight hanger doesn’t cause loss of tug back, but it seems to have results for length and wearing a .5lb. Hanger for a few hours causes pain in the shaft, so I know it’s definitely stretching something out.
The struggle for me doing PE has definitely been restraint. I love pumping for an hour a day, or doing multiple pumps throughout the day, it just doesn’t seem to produce the gains I want.
