Negative Growth With PowerJelq Device. What Am I Doing Wrong?
Starting PE again from scratch (never been consistent).
I can’t make an O-sign with my left hand due to a recent injury so I built a homemade PJ with canning tongs and foam tubing.
I’m following the newbie routine with the exception of PJing for 15-45 mins horizontally (roller touching the sides of the penis) instead of jelqing. Went too hard inadvertently on the first day (it’s weird but jelqing with fingers helps you sense better if you’re using too much pressure).
My BPEL is at 12cm when I can swear I’ve measured starting stats of 14-14.5cm in the past (easily 14 when bone pressed). Decent EQ improvement, although I believe the same can be attributed to the kegels.
It’s only been my first week (3 alternate days). Seems like I’ve used less pressure on days 2 and 3.
Again for the sake of clarity, I’m constantly holding my penis a little under the glans with my injured hand (closest to an O-grip, holding it firmly in position but not too tight) and PJ with my right hand starting from the base.
Definite negative indicators, but what am I doing wrong?
