Hi West Coast
Take a deep breath and think it through: your partner tells you that you satisfy her. There is no reason not to believe her. Being a lover is much more than just having a functional dick - it’s being the very man for her (or for him or for both… I don’t want to be restrictive). And this you are, especially if she tells you that you are. So tell your brain to stop making your life complicated: trust your ears!
Your dick is great, an excellent and wonderful penis that deserves care and attention. So getting into PE for you and only for yourself and nobody else is the way.
That you may miss a morning wood this or another day is not a problem. It just shows you really are nervous. But that’s good, no sorry, allow me to correct myself, that’s really good! Because you will be cautious and prudent and not rush too fast into some advanced things within the first weeks. I’m usually a bit worried about “no problem I’ll handle it” mentality but a little nervosity is absolutely ok.
Read on the forum and when you feel ready start with the Newbie Routine. Take your time to get used to do PE exercises, get constant, find the right time in your agenda, and start enjoying it. Because enjoyable it should be, because you’re doing something good to yourself. And if after a couple of weeks you notice growth, jubilate and stick to that routine. As long as there is growth, even if it is slow, you are doing the right thing. So don’t fix what’s not broken.
Don’t measure too often, every 1-2 months is sufficient. Don’t expect overnight wonders - the penis is a miracle but not a fast grower. Don’t put yourself under more pressure. It will happen, but it doesn’t happen if you wish it stronger to happen.
It happens when you get used to PE, stay consistent and cautious, are able to “read” and understand your penis reactions to PE, monitor you PI’s closely and do it just because it’s for you.
A last, more practical thing: start with Kegel exercises. They are great for EQ and confidence. And you can do it everywhere. I do mine while commuting in the train…
Does that sound reasonable to you?
