New And Ready Advice Needed

Hello everyone. I’m new to PEing and want all the advice your knowledgeable heads have to offer. First off, I’m uncut. I have done a few measurements and can’t seem to get a precise measurement as I’ve had problems in erection quality. I’m about 6.5-6.7 EL and about 4.5-4.7 EG. This is only when fully erect. I can’t even achieve a full erection on my own anymore. So most of the time my penis looks and feels smaller with a non erect head. Maybe around 5 EL and 4 EG with a triangle shaped head that isn’t fully erect. As of now, I’m focused on getting good quality erections and gaining girth. I would love to be somewhere between 7.5-8.5 EL and 5.5-6 EG. That’s my dream size. Hopefully with your guys’ help. I’ll get there. I have bought an X4 but I have only worn it About 3 times for no more than 10 mins. Being uncut and having a fat pad makes it hard. Any advice? I’ve heard that a bathmate and a vacuum attachment for an extender are the way to go for us uncut guys.

Best advice: Start with the Newbie Routine. A lot of guys report increased EQ as one of the first results of starting PE.

Stick with just manuals for the first several months. Leave the devices, pumps, etc. alone.

What do you think are the causes of your poor EQ? Do you watch a lot of porn? Overweight? Smoke or other underlying health issues?
What is you age? I’d give some serious consideration of why your EQ is sub-par.

Your starting length is definitely above average, and your girth isn’t bad so you really don’t have much to worry about there.

Hello there and thank you for the reply. I’m not sure how to go about manuals. I’m uncut and I’ve heard it’s more difficult for uncut guys to do PE. Yes I have found that I do watch porn quite frequently nowadays. Also I have gained about 70 lbs in the past year but was already having EQ problems before. Don’t smoke and not health issues that I know of. Yeah I guess. Although I would love to really increase both. I’d be satisfied with a 7.5 L by 5.5 G penis with great EQ.

I was reading back through some of the threads/questions you’ve already posted. I’m changing up my advice:

Just decide to do it and then do it. Pondering over it for months isn’t going to get you the penis you want. Wishing won’t make it happen. If you do decide to get started, there’s many, many guys here to cheer you on and offer advice, but you’ve got to get started.

Manual routines have helped a lot of guys make gains. Remember Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

However, if you think you have reached a plateau, it may be time to spend more time in your extender. Start slowly and build up to a full routine. Perhaps start off with two 30 minute sessions at 600 gr. Per day. Then slowly increase the sessions to one hour each and slowly build up to 900 grs. Once you have two thirty minute sessions under your belt start to add additional one hour sessions until you reach a total of 6 hours. At this point you can increase your sessions if you have the time; however, use your EQ as your guide. Reduce time under tension if your EQ declines unti your EQ returns.

Also, consider a Vacexrender mod kit if you experience discomfort from the strap or noose

That’s what I plan on doing. Can’t wait. Just need to figure out what would be recommended for me. I’m leaning towards a bathmate and some sort of vacuum attachment as I’m uncut.

I can see in your signature of your gains. Awesome work! May I ask what your routine is? I’m not sure exactly how to jelq but I will read through posts here. That is what I’m leaning towards. Getting a vacuum attachment as the noose and strap just don’t work for me. Would you recommend a bathmate? I heard it’s great for girth but not so much Length.

Listen to them, start the newbie routine,get your unit conditioned the slowly as time and tension,for being uncut pull the excess skin back and wrap with the skin pulled back ,start from behind the corneal ridge and wrap about a inch and a half back and strap the x4 on where you feel a little tension .Get some time in with that and then move up a little.Take it slow or you could injure yourself.In my opinion with the bathmate be careful,start out slow mabey 5 min with warm water and take a rice sock and heat it up in the microwave for 2, 35 sec then heat your unit up for about ten min.If you go to fast and to much pressure you can get discoloration and injure yourself .Always use heat before ,during,and after help from getting injured.Hope this helped.
