New Exercise Or No?
Ok my routine as of now..
Hot wrap 5 min.
Manual stretch in all directions 30 second hold times 3 sets..
Jelq downward x200..
Pumping between 5 and you for 20 minutes..
Pleased so far but after pumping I happened upon doing this extra step by accident.. I take about 5 minutes and do this.. I’m already in a pumped up thicker and longer flaccid state.. So I take my right thumb and index finger and clamp it around the base of my shaft, thumb on top index on bottom after I’ve done a strong kegel..
I then right in front of the right fingers do the same thing and then walk my way up the shaft and stop behind the glands then squeeze n hold for 5-8 seconds.. The whole time I’m doing this I’m pulling with gentle force straight outwards, and do a kegel before starting every 10th rep..
I’ve noticed a good stretch and mostly my glands really swelling and filling out even more.. Is this over doing it?? Has anyone else tried this?? I wondering if this is a good, light post exercise to keep the blood going longer.
