Hey guys,

I’ve been feeling lately like I could be bigger even though I’ve never had a complaint from any female. I’m VERY sexually active and my lady friends are always please.

I call my dick inflatable because females always tell me it gets more swollen while inside them.

I did a few measurements of my erect penis last night and I’m 6.25” length and 5.25” girth. The head of my dick is just about 5.5” girth.

I need to measure flaccid but I’ve noticed that my dick varies in size while flaccid. I’m on blood pressure meds which does affect blood flow to that area so I think I’m being affected that way too. I also don’t think I get as hard as I use to when I was younger or maybe I’m just over sexed, who knows.

My goal is to get my girth to 6” while erect and increase length to maybe 7 if possible.

I also want a consistent flaccid look but ill measure and get placid measurements so I know my starting point.

I will starting the newbie routine tomorrow but I was curious about jelqing.. Is that the best way to increase girth?

I am new to this site also. I have been working with PE for 7 weeks now. You mentioned about flaccid measurements. I read somewhere that you should take several measurements, then do an average. That is what I have done. Good luck in your endeavor. I am trying for 9 inches BPEL with no change in EG as I am at an EG of 6.25 and a FG of 5.8. All measurements are in inches.

08-12-2014 BPEL 8.875, EGMS 6.6, EGB 7.25, EW 2.101, EV 30.331, FL 6.75, FG 5.6, Glans Girth 6.5p

Do the newbie routine first an get to know your dick, then you can look for specific exercises to get girth.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Flaccid size will vary so it is tough to get a very accurate measurement.

Things like stress, temperature, testosterone and adrenaline levels, diet, etc. can all affect your flaccid size so don’t get too concerned when it fluctuates.

Maybe try and figure out an average from a series of measurements taken over multiple days. I would suggest trying to measure the same time each day that you do measure.

Jelqing, as per the Newbie Routine is your best option for girth gains at this point.

Thank you guys. I’ve seen some threads where members have made some good gains just doing the newbie routine.. I’m praying for good results.

I use to think my dick was smaller and skinnier because I have pretty big hands plus I’m 6’ 3” and 285 lbs so I’m a BIG guy. Looking at my dick in comparison to the size of my thighs makes it look quite small lol.

Welcome to the club. I think your dick is in good hands with the Newbie routine as a starter.
By the way: I think the goals you set for yourself are absolutely realistic and probably you will attain them just by following the newbie routine.
Not after 3 months, but in reasonable time.

And: go slow, it’s the only dick you have so be cautious, always warm up and down and watch your PI’s.
