New Guy, My intro and routine :
Hey guys, I’ve read around this forum for quite some time on and off. I’m finally starting up serious, and have been this past week. I just wanted to post my routine and stats. In the past I had done some PE on and off for about 2 months but, none of this was done properly due to lack of knowledge. Any feedback is welcome (I’d post in the routine forum but, I’m able to yet).
Workout:
5 min hot wrap
5 min stretches (manual and v-stretch)
10-20 min wet jelq
10 min dry jelq
5 min pumping or horses (I believe that is the correct name: girth exercise)
5 min JAI stretch about 2 hours post workout
My stats are 7.25 x 5.25 not bone pressed. Hopefully this is average, and I can reach my above average goal of 8.5x6 within a year. And, it’s nice to be a part of the forum :)
