Hi I’m Dave from Chicago-land. My wife suggests this place to me. I’m a little uncomfortable talking about my penis health with anyone. I’m thinking about some hanger or pump techniques to bring me from 3” to somewhere around 6”. It doesn’t have to be overnight, so I’m in it for the long haul (pun not intended as I’m not comfortable yet making “dick jokes”). I’m mostly interested in hanging or pumping while driving, since it fits my lifestyle the best. Also, how do you guys overcome issues with looking at other men’s junk for “progress” photos? That a big hang up for me, and my wife didn’t clearly address it.

Not sure about doing PE while driving would be a good idea. The distraction wouldn’t be good, I would prefer to stay focused on my dick and make sure it is all ok, especially if I’ planning on hanging heavy things off it, can’t imagine that would go well if you brake quickly.

Well done on getting some gains already, slow process so stay at it and be consistent!

I hear where you are coming from. But I already produce content for my YouTube channel while driving so I think I can handle a little PE.

I think I’ll have to get my windows tinted though.

While some people have had success with pumps, I don’t think it is as consistent as jelqing overall. Hanging will stretch the ligs out, so you should get some gains from that. However, I think jelqing, especially as a newbie, would be the best bet.

Same way you get over sharing a locker room shower with the entire football team, I guess. You just deal with it until it doesn’t bother you anymore. After all, it is just a penis, we all have one.

I have found that pumping did not seem to do much for me, length or girth. I do, however, find it to be quite pleasurable, and the temporary buildup of lymph fluid (basically water weight) to be somewhat entertaining (if not slightly concerning).

I do believe that pumping has its merits though. I’ve been doing PE for years (although, this is my first post here. Hello, everyone!) and I had hit a significant plateau that I was previously unable to overcome. Several months of pumping was instrumental in conditioning my member for more rigorous exercise. Although I can’t personally test it, I believe that pumping could be helpful for even a newbie to begin or even accelerate the conditioning of their penis for more aggressive routines.

Start low pressure, short time periods, with adequate rest, and always use heat to warm up. Be sure to practice jelqing as well. Don’t expect anything to happen overnight, but stay dedicated.

Have you ever looked into creating a foam pad in a U-shape to sit on? I have come across quite a few truck drivers that have designed similar seat modifications to keep blood flow to their sexual organs from being impaired.

I’ve been thinking about getting something for my office chair at work. I spend a lot of time sitting on my nuts during the day, and I’ve had the concern that it’s not going to be good in the long run.
