Hey all, I’m 29 years old on the dot and starting my journey!

I’m about 4.9 -5.0 NBPEL (FULLY ERECT)
I’m about 4.5-4.7 GRITH ERECT.

My short term goal is 6.0 NBPEL ERECT
5.5 ERECT GRITH

Long Term Goal is 7.5 NBPEL ERECT
6.0 ERECT GRITH

I got nothing but time. I work at home and not overweight at all.

I have been edging and practicing semen retention for the last 5 Months. I have quit PORN 7 MONTHS AGO.
MY Erections are not too bad. I would say 7/10 .

I have purchased an LAPUMP full package with 4 different cylinders going from smallest to larger sizes.
I have also purchased a hanger with small weights.
I have also purchased an extender.

I am ready to do this!! I have also taken before pictures (for myself ) and if I do actually REACH MY GOAL Especially my long term goal. I GOT no problem showing actual proof. I am really excited!

Most vets here, including myself, would recommend starting with the newbie routine until your conditioned and then use the equipment you purchased.

Welcome to Thunders.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

Congratulations on joining Thunders! FYI - I got all my gains with nothing but my hands and a cable cuff clamp for about a buck. Congratulations also on quitting porn. Ross347: First off - welcome to the community! ..There is a repository of useful threads/posts to read from on here. Learn to use to search function early on to find what you need.

Sometimes I try and cheat by asking vets/big gainers their secrets—sometimes it works. Lol—subscribe to/friend the right people. We all sometimes run into something confusing or that there may be little to info here on the various forums. So. Don’t be afraid to ask questions.

Stay dedicated. Heated “warm-ups” manual stretches, wet jelqs will be a mainstay for 2 to 3 months for you.
**Document your progress here.. When you feel you’ve plateaued on gains, slap the extender on. Listen to your Psysiological Indicators (PIs).

If newbie routine goes well you may be able to incorporate the extender with jelqs and more advanced techniques that will enhance your length gains from the extender (also some small inherent gith gains as well).

Don’t forget to read other member’s Progress threads. Add heat. Stay consistent. Ask the right questions when you need help on this journey.
