Hi all:

Am new here and hoping for your advice on two things!

I have been dissatisfied with my penis for a long time. It’s of a decent length when it gets properly hard (7 inches) but most erections don’t get there and the norm is 6 inches. The girth is a pathetic 4 inches erect, maybe 4.2 inches when I get a strong erection.

I’ve made do with a skinny dick through being proficient at other things, the length also helps a bit. However, more recently, I’ve had a harder time with getting hard and more often than not have a hard time not ejaculating too quickly. I think my issues are all related - I can’t get properly hard because I’m nervous about ejaculating and my libido is down because my lack of girth constantly bothers me. My partner has been very sweet but I know it’s not great for her.

I’m looking for solutions to fix this. The first order of business is to get better erections and then to thicken up a little. I looked into penis pumps as a starter and also have an appointment with a urologist to assess whether there’s anything else that’s wrong.

I’d really appreciate any advice on penis pumps.. Are there particular brands that are good for girth? I live in Canada so my choices may be a bit limited.

Beyond pumps, is there any value in pursuing cosmetic enhancements? I looked into PRP and know a doctor who offers that. The results seem to be mixed though from what I’ve read. Girth enhancement seems to work best but I can’t find a doctor here who provides the service. I’d appreciate any thoughts/recommendations in this area too.

I’m willing to put in the work to fix this. I wish I’d done it sooner but never was able to find the confidence to. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you
