Don’t know if they combat the BB effect. Maybe if you squeezed in the miidle against a kegel. But that would be tough to do I think.
I would give yourself at least a month, preferrably two. I only say at least a month because I started clamping and such at one month, but I was pretty secure in knowing my limits. Don’t rush into it though. Hurting yourself is definitely not worth it.
