Hello All!

I’ve been browsing this forum for a few weeks now before I got the courage and signed up..
I have some questions hopefully you guys can help me answer them.

1. How do I properly measure my unit?
2. I don’t understand the terms such as BPEL etc etc.. I’ve looked into glossary section but didn’t find anything if someone can pm me would be great.
3. What is the best exercise/ equipment to use? My main goal is length?

As experienced in PE, but newbie in pumping would say - any pump is good to try, even for $5-10. But I’m sure that first big gains are easier to obtain without it.

1st) Before knowing PE ----------------- 14.0 cm length (5.51 inch), 11 cm girth (4.33 inch)

2nd) PE-like exercises for 3 months -- 16.0 cm length (6.30 inch), 12 cm girth (4.72 inch)

3rd) ThundersPlace's expertise help - 18.4 cm length (7.24 inch), 13 cm girth (5.12 inch) 4th) Routine's re-shape ----------------- 18.6 cm length (7.32 inch), 13.1 cm girth (5.16 inch)

My main concern is length that what I’m really after. Should I avoid jelqing and just do stretches along side pumping?

Also yesterday was my first session and while stretching I lose grip of the tip so I can’t hold for long how do I prevent that?

I would say the best pump for a beginner is no pump. Start manually. It’s so easy to get beginner-enthusiastic and overdo it. For grip, I’ve found that bunching up the foreskin creates a type of “knob” that helps me grip. I’m cut but I can still do it.

No need for a pump, I’ve bought a bathmate just to burn my money. Manuals are way better, free and still work upper limb.

So pretty much focus on manual stretching?

What about wet jelqing? I want to avoid lose skin I’m cut
