Hi guys just wanted to introduce myself.

I just started the newbie routine tonight and I’m going to be posting a journal.

How long is it typically for most of you before you notice actual PE gains?

Typically after two weeks you should see actual gains.

Actually, there is no typical day but I figured you wanted to hear a solid number like 14 days.

Funny Springer. Count, don’t get discouraged if you don’t notice any gains for a while. Because I’ve had some gains over the last 3 months, but they are not very obvious. It takes a lot of time and patience.

Hey buddy, welcome to the forum. It’s a pretty cool place to hang out and learn valuable things. You’ll probably see some growth w/i a relatively short time (i.e. 2-3 weeks) from your ligaments stretching out, and then it will slow down. Don’t be discouraged (don’t be overly encouraged, either!) by the way the growth will vary. It took me way to long to that moderation in everything also applies to PE. Cheers to your goals!

Is it better to either masterbate/have sex verse not do masterbate?
