Hi, I also send you an personal message for more personal questions. Honestly I think Penis surgery should be banned. Also any good doctor should know PE exist and actually surgery is the worst option you could choose. I did many research before I started PE and from the people I talked to who did surgery 99% was more unhappy afterwards. So I cant give you good advice about the implants because I dont know enough but suggest if you gonna do surgery again I should wait 1 year before starting PE. I spoke to someone who did a surgery too and also decide to remove the implantants. He started PE 6 months later and had to much pain to even start PE so my advice take 1 year break after your next surgery. You have plenty of time to grew inches and hopefully you dont lose any CMs!
