The thing I found is that you have to be consistant. When I first started PE I tore my skin while jelqing and got little red spots from clamping, which concerned me as I was really motivated to be more than 6” in length. (I was 5 7/8” when I started)
In the five months that I`ve been PEing I have gained 5/8” bpel and this has come from consistant daily stretching, jelqing and clamping. If I had been pissing about expecting to get something for little or nothing I would have got little or nothing to show in return.
My goal is to reach 7” nbpel and I believe I will reach that inside the next year. One problem I have is that I think I overtrain, but that I will eventually find a balance as I see more gains in the next few months. I will be taking an extended break from the mechanical stretching in June, as I believe that I need to decondition from the intense stretching I go through five days a week.
I know now that I will always be doing some form fo PE in my life, whether it be maintenance or the next 1/8 of an inch, if for no other reason that PE does so much for my EQ.
I`ve never had so much great sex in my life.
